Return Process

  Log into your Vice of Vieve account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
